CAE Workshop :-

Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) involves designing and analyzing industrial components, parts, and mechanisms. Stress analysis of a designed part is essential to ensure the safe functioning of the system that includes the part. Additionally, stress analysis is useful for optimizing the part. Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is a method of performing stress analysis by dividing the part into a number of small elements. This method involves solving a large number of mathematical equations, which can be done using computer software. ANSYS is a well-known software for FEA, offering a wide range of modules for different analysis conditions. In this workshop, participants will be taught how to conduct complete static structural analysis using ANSYS software. This includes part modeling, mesh generation, boundary conditions, solving, and post-processing. Participants will get hands-on practice and will analyze simple mechanical components.

CNC workshop :-

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines are widely used in industries nowadays. They have even become a part of small-scale industries today. Knowledge about the construction and operation of CNC machines is essential for current engineering students, especially Mechanical Engineering students. In this workshop, participants will learn about the construction and programming of a Vertical Machining Center. The session will cover the programming of drilling, face milling, profile milling, and pocketing operations. The prepared programs for these operations will be simulated and executed on the machine. Participants will receive hands-on practice entering the programs into the machine and executing them.
